Dance With Me! family dance workshop with Movema In-Person
Creative dance and movement sessions for young children and their families to enjoy together, led by World Dance artists Greta and Riddhi. After you've danced, stay for half an hour of play and refreshments.
Mothers and carers are invited to explore simple, fun dances from a diverse cultures, tapping into our bodies and breath, exploring dynamic and restorative movement with their babies and toddlers.
Sessions are designed for families with children aged 3 and under. Siblings welcome during school holidays. Dance and movement is suitable for everyone, including complete beginners.

We're delighted to be partnering with Liverpool Dance company Movema to offer these workshops. Movema celebrates diversity through dance, creating safe spaces for different communities to come together and learn about each other. Thankyou to Sport England for funding these sessions.
