Netherton - Dance, Mama! In-Person

A new movement session led by Movema world dance practitioners. Mothers and caregivers are invited to explore simple, fun dances from a range of cultures, tapping into our bodies and breath, exploring dynamic and restorative movement with their toddlers.
We'll give mums an opportunity to focus on their wellbeing, dancing with and without their children. There'll be creative activities for children whilst Mums and caregivers get time to move together.
Sessions are designed for toddlers aged 12 months to 3. Younger siblings welcome. Suitable for everyone, including complete beginners or those with no dance experience.
*Please book for every child and adult*.
