Abundance and Plenty: Fermentation for a Feast In-Person
A special hands-on fermentation workshop, led by Basia, aka Abundance and Plenty, where you will learn practical fermentation skills.
For this session, we'll be preparing ferments for a Feast! We'll make a big batch of kimchi using wild spices gathered locally as part of Hannah Fincham's 'Seasoning' residency in our Kitchen Library, which will be served at a community feast in Bootle library later in the month. Everyone who attends will be invited to join us. You'll also make your own jar of kimchi to take home.
